Paula is an intuitive energy healer and flower essence practitioner, working at the intersection of energy, emotion and self-awareness.

With over 6 years of experience in the industry, her work supports people to recognise and shift the underlying beliefs and patterns influencing how they show up in life and business. Her sessions are known for being grounded, intuitive and deeply reflective, creating space for real awareness and internal shifts.

Based in Geelong, Paula facilitates both group and 1:1 work for those ready to move beyond overthinking and into clarity, confidence and self-trust.

We’ll begin with guided reflection to bring awareness to where you currently feel blocked, disconnected or out of alignment in your business.

From there, you’ll be led through a solar plexus activation using energy healing and meditation to uncover what’s been sitting beneath the surface. We’ll close with integration and reflection, so what comes up doesn’t just pass through, but actually lands.
