First Friday Monthly at Plymouth Wellbeing Centre

Join Helen’s Sound Meditation to relax, unwind, let go of any stress or tension and connect to body, mind and spirit. Ready for the weekend.

Using a variety of beautiful global instruments including Hangs, Drums, Gongs and Singing bowls you will be immersed in beautiful sounds and vibrations with the intension to lead you on a journey to a place of stillness, deep relaxation and rest.

Bring a blanket, snuggle down a time just for you!

PLEASE NOTE

I strive to be as inclusive as possible, however, gong baths are not advised for
- first trimester of pregnancy - epilepsy -pacemaker.

Directions:

Turn into Bush Park and follow the road right to the end. You will see a large Sign in left Lynher House. Drive through the gates and into the carpark. You will see Plymouth Wellbeing Centre (unit 3) round to the left in front of you. You can then follow the signs around the side of the building to unit 4.
