In a world that moves quickly and demands much of your attention, it is easy to accumulate more than just tasks - you accumulate tension, noise, and energetic residue. 

This Energy Detox & Reset Workshop is a guided opportunity to pause, clear, and recalibrate. Through detox and resetting techniques, grounding practices, and guided inner alignment, you’ll learn how to release accumulated negative energy and restore balance to your nervous system and clarity to your mind. 

This is a restorative experience designed to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more connected to the world inside and outside of yourself.

Who is this course for?

This workshop is for individuals who feel mentally overloaded, emotionally fatigued, or out of alignment but cannot quite name why. It is for those navigating stress, transition, the quiet accumulation of daily demands whilst absorbing more than they realise.

If you’ve been feeling unbalanced, drained, reactive, or disconnected from your natural clarity, this space offers structured recalibration. No prior experience with energy practices is needed - only a willingness to pause and learn.

What will I learn?

Saturday 25th April 2026 10am - 12.30pm, in class training at The Observatory Practice.

Limited to 12 in the classroom for each workshop, to ensure quality of teaching is maintained and individual attention and guidance is given.
