Join us for an evening of deep rest, relaxation, and energetic grounding through sound.These Sound Journeys use crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments to help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and gently restore balance. This is a space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful, supportive environment.

No experience is needed—come exactly as you are.
What to Expect:
• A gentle guided meditation to help you settle and ground
• Healing vibrations from crystal bowls, chimes, Tibetan metal bowls, ocean disc, crystal pyramid, and Native American frame drums
• Time to rest, receive, and integrate
Seating & Comfort:
You may sit in a chair or on the floor. Some yoga mats are available if you’d like to lie down, and you’re welcome to bring a blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you feel cozy.
Arrival:
Please arrive by 7:00 PM. Doors will close promptly at 7:15 PM to maintain a peaceful container.
Registration Policy:
Advance registration required.
Events proceed with a minimum of 5 registered participants 24 hours in advance.
Full refunds issued if an event is canceled.
Space is limited to 15 participants.
