Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating sound bath where you can reset your nervous system for the week ahead.
About this Event

Heather uses a combo of sound bath instruments including singing bowls, ocean drum, and chimes, along with vocals to create a soothing and relaxing experience.

We start with a grounding practice and breathwork to prepare us for our journey. The remainder of the time is spent in deep relaxation receiving the healing frequency of sound.

Please bring a mat and anything you want to create your "nest". Cushions are provided.

We are inside the Washington building, down the hall and on the left.
