Our grief needs to move. And it sometimes needs companioning. Join Katherine Hatch, MSW, LCSW and the Grounded Grief Team for a weekly outdoor grief group walk.

These in-person walks will include brief introductions, grounding exercises, readings, easeful walking in the woods, communal sharing, and no requirement to talk at any time.
