Come join us for a unique Sound Journey experience at the Lonsdale Community Centre! Immerse yourself in a sonic adventure that will transport you to a place of deep relaxation and inner peace. Let the soothing sounds guide you on a candle lit, meditative journey of self-discovery and healing. This in-person event is a wonderful opportunity to unwind, destress, and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Don't miss out on this transformative experience!

This session will involve conscious breathing, visualisation and chanting.

You will be guided by the sound of:

Tibetan Singing bowls, Drums, Rain stick, Chimes, Koshis, Gong, Harp, Solfeggio pipes and more.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session starts

Yoga mats and blankets will be provided for up to 10 adventurers

Feel free to bring your own mat, blanket, eye mask and water bottle

If you are in your first trimester, suffer with extreme mental health conditions, have heart problems or epilepsy, please consult your physician before attending this session.
