Come and join us for our sound journey and gentle gong which will be held in Ramsbottom and I adore the sound bowls & gentle gong 🩷⭐️🧘‍♀️🩷
Here the bowls sing & vibrations move through your body with a gentle touch of the wind gong . This is a beautiful hour of selfcare and letting go 🩷 bringing in new vibrations and energy for January.
There are many amazing benefits to sound healing to improve our multidimensional well-being by creating a beautiful experience where all layers of our luminous energy field (body, mind, soul, spirit) are awakened gently and lovingly.
This is a beautiful hour of self care with nothing but loving energy shifting & letting go of anything that no longer serves you 🩷
