I am inviting you to join me as I guide you through a restorative sound journey immersed in soothing sounds, healing frequencies and vibrations produced by my collection of alchemy crystal bowls, gong, chimes and other healing instruments.
Designed to release tension, bring clarity and ease stress. The experience begins with a grounding meditation to centre you, flowing into a soothing alchemy crystal sound journey.
Feel your body and mind become lighter as you soak in the tranquil frequencies. Guided into a stage of calm, relaxing your nervous system body & mind become lighter, letting go of any tension and bringing a sense of inner peace.
These evening journeys will allow you to float out of the space and straight into a blissful nights sleep.
