Join goddess of Sound Healing Dianne George & I for a morning of Aerial Yoga & a blissful floating Sound Bath!
We will explore a beginner friendly Aerial Yoga flow to start, embracing all our inner child joy with this playful, giggly practice. Using the silky hammock to support and deepen our poses, as well as safely explore inversions. Perfectly complementing other styles of Yoga, Aerial offers lightness for mind, body & soul.
Snuggling into a cocoon of fabric for a dreamy floating Sound Healing experience. Drifting deeper into this restful space, lovingly & weightlessly held, surrounded by the soothing vibrations of gongs & Tibetan bowls. The resonance & frequencies of these beautiful instruments allowing you to settle into a natural state of meditation, offering many therapeutic benefits and a deep sense of inner peace & tranquility.
Gently reawakening to herbal teas & sweet treats to finish (Vg friendly of course)
A deeply nourishing & uplifting experience!

What to bring -
* A Yoga mat & bottle of water
* A pillow & blanket
* Please wear comfy clothes you can move & relax in (no zips!) & all jewellery must be removed.
Please note there are some contraindications to both these practices, so if you do have any medical issues please do reach out beforehand.

Nicky’s offerings are a beautiful blend of calming, yet uplifting energy… and always full of joy! Soulful, traditional Yoga with a playful twist, balanced with deeply restful & nourishing practices too. She loves supporting new students with their first Aerial experience, as well as exploring new flips & tricks with her regulars. She encourages all the giggles!

Nicky graduated from the Himalaya Yoga Valley in India, and having felt at home in the hammocks, she completed her Aerial Yoga training soon after. Nicky also passionately studies Yoga Nidrā and loves to bring in elements of sound healing too.
