Physics tells us that everything is vibrational frequency. Through sound, play, and somatic awareness, Sound Circles helps people connect head, heart, and body. This is not about performance, but deep listening and authentic expression. Relax. Release. Regenerate.
Participants are guided to attune to their own voice in accessible ways, to listen inward and find their resonance. Aligning with this core frequency creates space for greater authenticity, joy, and harmony. Sound self, sound society.
Facilitator Miri B is a sound healing practitioner with a background in vocal and ear training and music education. Her approach is informed by certifications in Ruth Ratliff’s Healing With Your Wise Magical Voice and Chloe Goodchild’s The Naked Voice training, and is supported by the work of Wayne Perry in Sound Medicine. She is seriously optimistic about healing the world simply using our voices, especially with laughter yoga.
