Grant Church and Linden Christian School are hosting a special Parenting Night with Dr. Chris Mattatall to help families better understand how screen culture, especially platforms like TikTok, is affecting developing brains.
This session will look at current research around screen use and its connection to anxiety, sleep disruption, social challenges, and emotional health. More importantly, it will offer practical guidance for parents and educators who want to help children build healthy, balanced digital habits. You’ll leave with a clearer picture of what’s happening neurologically and tangible ideas you can apply at home or in the classroom.
