Join Katya for an immersive, meditative experience of sound waves & healing frequencies. Featuring multiple gongs, Himalayan instruments, crystal bowls, chimes and vocal toning.
You will be guided with love and intention to explore the inner landscape, to release what no longer serves, in order to bring the body & mind into a relaxed state conducive to healing. Leading you closer to your truth, as you align with peace & harmony.
Dress to comfort. Layers are recommended as you will be reclined for this meditative experience.
Please bring a mat, blankets and pillows and any items that keep you cozy. Plan to arrive 10 minutes before event start to settle in.
