Partners Yoga Class
There is a degree of intensity to be expected as you each find your deeper edge, sometimes assisted or held by your partner in ways that deepen the stretch, the stillness, and the trust. In each pose, there is a gentle stressing of your connective tissues — fascia, ligaments, and joints — to improve mobility and circulation, while the shared stillness invites a meditative quality that may surface intense emotional and physical responses in one or both of you.
You will be guided as partners as you both cultivate the deepest sense of inner safety, security, and oneness — first within yourself, and then between you and your partner.
You DO NOT need to bring a mat or any props - we got you!
