Join me for a fully immersive sound journey an bathe in the waves of sounds as they surround you and vibrate throughout your body bringing healing, balance and deep relaxation, restoring mind body and spirit. We will also harness the power of the August New Moon which brings powerful energies for new beginnings and manifestation. The darkness of this lunar phase enables us to drop deeply into our inner worlds and seek out our truth. It forms the dark, fertile soil for sowing seeds and setting intentions. As a natural new beginning, the New Moon invites us to focus on what we want to bring into our lives and to reflect on whether this aligns with our values and dreams. You will receive a wee card in which to note down and keep your intention and affirmation.Each sound produces a unique sound frequency that has a distinct effect on the body, mind and soul.
IMPORTANT Please note that this session is not suitable if you are in the first 3 months of pregnancy, have a pacemaker fitted or suffer with seizures.
