Join me for a fully immersive sound journey with traditional sound instruments that have been used for centuries by indigenous cultures worldwide, to promote healing, balance, wellbeing and a state of deep relaxation. Bathe in the waves of sounds as they surround you and vibrate throughout your body bringing healing, balance and deep relaxation, restoring mind body and spirit.The sounds will incorporate:
Tibetan singing bowls, Wind Gong, Shamanic Drum, Ocean Drum, Rain stick, Koshi chimes, Bendo chimes and Tingsha bells. Each instrument produces a unique sound frequency that has a distinct effect on the body, mind and soul.
IMPORTANT Please note that this session is not suitable if you are in the first 3 months of pregnancy, have a pacemaker fitted or suffer with seizures.
Here's how the different frequencies of sound work:
40 Hz - Stimulates memory
