Join us for a Sound Immersion Meditation at Carroll Chiropractic!Jen of Mind, Body & Bowl Sound Healing will be facilitating a beautiful sound healing experience with a variety of instruments. These instruments are tuned to frequencies that are healing to both the physical and energetic bodies as well as re-programming to our cells!
Date: Wednesday 11/20
Time: 6:30pm - arrive 10 minutes early to sign in and get comfortable!

What to bring: Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water, anything that you need to be comfy. Wear something comfortable.
Yoga mats and limited zero gravity chairs upon request at lease 24 hours in advance.
