Join us for our first Sound Immersion at Kheila's Beauty Boutique!Jen of Mind, Body & Bowl Sound Healing will be facilitating a beautiful sound healing experience with a variety of instruments. These instruments are tuned to frequencies that are healing to both the physical and energetic bodies as well as re-programming to our cells!
Date: Monday 12/2
Time: 6:30 pm - arrive 10 minutes early to sign in and get comfortable!

What to bring: Yoga mat (we have some available for borrowing upon request), pillow, blanket, water, anything that you need to be comfy. Wear something comfortable. Limited zero gravity chairs available upon request.
