Please join Tess & Myself in an evening of sound as we facilitate a session of deep relaxation, bathing you in beautiful sound from Gongs, Crystal Bowls, Tuning Pipes, Shakers and more.THIS IS BEING HELD INSIDE THE CHURCH - not inside thE hall.
As we like to support a range of charities/appeals for help we have decided to help a local church where so many people come to for not just for faith services but it brings communities together where it holds a range of events to support people and groups such as choirs, film club and children messy play to name just a few.
To keep these going the church needs some help.
So we are asking you to support us to support them. It would be amazing if you could join us.
£15 pp (no refunds)

What to bring :
Please ensure you have adequate comfy items such as thick yoga mats/extra blankets/cushions etc. if you cannot lay on the floor we suggest bringing a garden recliner chair or a foldaway chair you are going to be comfortable in for an hour.
Drink of water.
Arrive 6.45 to get settled
Finish 8.30 approximately depending on time we start- hopefully by 7pm.
No entry after 7pm - this is to ensure there are no disruption to the session.
Parking:
Residential road parking so please ensure you have adequate time to find parking.
Precautions and Contraindications
No medical claims are made about the use of Gongs, crystal singing bowls and other vibrational sound instruments and they are not an alternative to medical treatment. However have many other benefits.
Santai Vibrational Sound Therapy accepts no responsibility for any medical issues and do not diagnose or give medical advice.
By attending a session you are agreeing that a sound bath is safe for you and that you take responsibility for your own wellbeing or have received medical advice.
IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Those attending with any form of Hearing Impairment such as Tinnitus please be aware that some sounds and vibrations may cause discomfort due to a range of frequencies, tones and pitches from Sound instruments used during the session.
Secondly anyone with Hearing Aids are advised to turn off their devices unless they are aware of the effects from previous Sound Sessions attended. Many still benefit from the vibrations from the instruments but please be aware and take your own precautions such as adjusting hearing aids appropriately or turning them off. Some sounds may cause discomfort and overstimulation.
Not suitable for those with:
Pace Makers
Metal implants/plates/ball joints etc
Epilepsy
First Trimester Pregnancy/History of miscarriages.
Very low blood pressure
Severe or Clinical Mental Health Problems
**unless their medical professional has given them advice and is allowed to attend.
