Reverends Jane Anderson-Ross and Charles Ross invite you to a deep restful sound immersion, with cascading sounds of crystal singing bowls, Asian gongs, tinkling chimes, gentle ocean waves, drumming, and to soothe, calm, and settle the body, mind, and spirit. Jane's background of many years in the study and practice of Ancient Healing Arts, and Charles' lifelong involvement in professional musical endeavors, combine for a fully immersive Soundscape experience allowing for peace and coherence.
The sound immersion will last about 50 minutes, and then continue with Yoga Nidra; a nurturing Body Sensing meditation guiding us back, where we will offer open hearted sacred sharing time.
Participants can choose to be seated or to be on the floor.
Cost per person is $25. Space is limited. Reserve and pay in advance via payment link.
