You will be immersed in the therapeutic sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sacred instruments. The bowls produce resonant, harmonic sounds which are believed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and restore balance in the body’s energy systems. Additionally, sound healing with Crystal & Tibetan singing bowls can enhance spiritual growth and promote a sense of inner peace. It has been shown to help with meditation, prayer, or energy healing to create an environment that encourages introspection, emotional release, and personal transformation.
Mats, pillows and blankets are provided. We have a Crystal Mountain Glacier POU Cooler water dispenser for water bottle refills.
