Sound Healing w/a Blue Moon

Sound healing comes through many frequencies. We can use an ultrasound transducer to create images on a screen or allow therapeutic waves to flow through the soft tissue for healing. These vibrations can also penetrate the tissue helping to relieve muscle tension, enhance circulation, and metabolism mechanisms, as well as activating the natural repair and regenerate superpowers of the body.

Sound healing can come from a singing pot that allows the frequencies of fresh or dried plants to be heard and enjoyed from within a brewed tea, south baths from singing bowls that are tuned to just the right frequency, or enjoy the vibrations from the movement of the atoms within precious stones that can influence the atoms within your body affecting balance, homeostasis, chakras, and meridians in the body.

The breathability and vibration of the earthen casita is powerful and palpable, as it too is alive and full of frequency. This sacred space allows our healing sessions to be enhanced with intentional activation of healing and homeostasis within the body. It allows you to truly vibe with our responsibility sourced stones, our homegrown food, and enjoy all the benefits of sound's awesome energy and power.

Itinerary
Tea & Intentions: 2-3pm
Our welcome circle will start with each particiant introducing themselves and finding an herb or spice they identify with to add to a fresh and intentional brew. Our sound frequency healing begings with the power of our plants.
Floga: 3-3:30pm
Yoga with a little flow allows us to use the ground and the sky to enjoy balance. Find your vibrational steadiness by grounding your feet and feeling the energy of the earth. Allow your inner frequencies and all that which surrounds you to energize your healing flow.
Clean Snack: 3:30-4pm
Avocado-Cilantro Loaded Sourdough Bread with Chia & Hemp Seeds
Coconut Water Mixed Fruit with Granola Salad served with our fresh Herbal Iced Tea
Chakra Stone Selection: 4-4:30pm
Humans and stones, a biological and a geological structure respectively, are both full of vibrational atoms that animate them with the power of frequency and sound. Choose a stone that vibes with you. You will exchange energy.
Breathing 5.5 @ 5pm
(the perfect breath)
Practice the perfect inhale, exhale rhythm for your lungs to improve your airways and get the most of your oxygen and carbon dioxide levels. Meditation is just learning to breath.
Sound Bath Cleansing: 5:30pm
Activate the chakra energies within the earthen apothecary during a deep meditative cleansing. Experience the powerful healing frequencies from the ground to the crown and back.
Clay Poultice: 6pm
Activation & Application.
Here in Texas theres lots of clay!! Learn how to access it and make your own poultice to target inflammatory joints, muscles, and wounds.
Clean Dinner: 6:30pm
Quinoa & Greens Salad with Tomatoes, Palm heart, Onion, Amaranth, Corriander, Chia & Pumpkin seeds
Baby Fig Rice with Nutritional Yeast Chickpeas
Open Fire Cacao Ceremony: 7:30pm
Ancient heart medicine was delivered by the most loving of beans, the cacao bean. Together we will close our retreat with the sounds of the warmth of a fire on the outside and the warmth of hot cacao on the inside. Warm hugs are also powerful healing elements we encourage everyone to share during this sacred time.
Dismissal @ 8pm

Overnight options to camp either on the ranch or in the apothecary are based on an individual basis. A light breakfast will be available for overnighters.
