Ceremony Opening Sound BathWe’ll begin the retreat with an immersive, ceremonial sound bath designed to open your heart, calm your nervous system, and prepare your energy for the transformational weekend ahead. Set intentions, release tension, and relax deeply as the sound waves wash over you.
Saturday, November 8th | 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Sound Healing Immersion & PracticesThroughout the day, you'll explore the fundamentals of sound healing, including:
-How sound affects the body and energy systems
-The science of vibration and how to harness it for healing
-Guided group sound baths and individual healing sessions
-Techniques for using sound healing in personal practice and with others
Sunday, November 9th | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Deepening Your Connection & IntegrationOn the final day, we’ll integrate everything we’ve learned, giving you the tools to confidently incorporate sound healing into your life. You’ll receive guidance on setting up your own sound healing sessions, along with tips for using sound in daily practice for emotional balance, stress reduction, and spiritual alignment.
