Andrei is completing his studies at an English College of Sound Therapy. He has been especially fortunate to learn from teachers from the Altai region, which deeply influenced his approach. In his practice, Andrei works with the healing power of throat singing — a tradition native to my ancestral roots and shared by Kazakh, Mongolian, Altai, Buryat, and other ancient cultures.In this session, Andrei and I will incorporate shamanic drumming combined with rhythmic body tapping. These foundational practices were introduced in our previous meeting, and on January 4th we will deepen them through the powerful vibration of drums and sound.
This practice supports deep emotional and mental release, helping the nervous system let go of accumulated tension. The sound vibrations guide the body into a state of inner quiet, grounding, and peaceful clarity, allowing energy to flow more freely and gently restore balance.
