What to Bring
In the Elements: The Well Within
An open-air evening of Shabad, Gurmat Kirtan, Raag, and sacred sound.
Join us for an intimate outdoor gathering rooted in the Sikh tradition of Shabad, Gurmat Kirtan, and Raag.
This is not a conventional sound bath, but a sacred listening experience through voice, vibration, and traditional instruments such as jodi, pakhawaj, mridang, dilruba, and sarangi.
The intention is to create a space where people who may have never had access to this tradition—as well as those longing to reconnect with the depth of kirtan—can gather together in openness.
Through Shabad and sacred sound, we invite stillness, reflection, nervous system settling, and inner reorganization.
The gathering will take place outdoors near the well—a symbol of depth, remembrance, and the inner source we return to through listening.
No prior experience is needed. All are welcome.
