Join me for another beautiful Sound Bath in Helsinki ☺️💫🎼A Sound Bath, also known as a Sound meditation or a Sound Ceremony is a Sound Healing session done in a group, in which you lay down comfortably and let different sounds "bathe" your body and soul.
Several Sound Healing instruments and my own voice will be used to guide you in a beautiful sound journey. All you have to do is get comfortable and allow the healing sounds to work their magic on your body and soul!
Who is this session for: Adults only.

How to sign up: by RSVP, by e-mail to [email protected] or through messenger. The investment for this session is 30€ per person. You can pay in cash at the venue or with MobilePay beforehand.
Before the session: Please avoid caffeine on the day of the session. It will help you to relax and go deeper into your journey.
What to Bring: A yoga mat, a cushion/pillow for your head, a blanket and a water bottle. Wear comfortable and warm clothes/socks. Bring an eye-mask and extra pillow to put under your knees if you like.
When you arrive: Before entering the room, it's good to pay a visit to the restroom. Once in the room, focus on your intention for this session and get ready for your sound journey!
When:
Sunday September 22 from 4.30pm to 5.30pm, but please note that you must come at least 15min. earlier to get ready in the room.
Doors will open at 4.05pm and will be closed at 4.30pm sharp (please note that due to the nature of this event, it is not possible to get in after the session starts, so please be on time). Also allow 10min more at the end to fully ground before you leave.

Contra-Indications for the Sound Bath:
The Sound bath is not recommended if you:
-are pregnant in your first trimester
-have had a recent bone fracture
-have a cough/cold
-use a Pacemaker
-have Ménière's disease
-have tinnitus
-are at advanced stages of cancer
And if you wear a hearing aid, please remove it prior to the session.
