Join Me for a Restorative Sound Healing Session at Redhouse Community Centre in Swindon Its important to make time for ourselves, and to look after our wellbeing.
This is your space to pause, breathe, and realign. Through the healing tones and gentle sound frequencies of Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs and other ancient instruments you'lbe guided into deep rest, energetic harmony, and inner calm.
This experience is designed to help you:
find balance
reduce stress and tension
promote a sense of inner calm
improve your sleep
reduce depression
stimulate the immune system
eliminate toxins from your body
improve your overall well-being
The sound session is not suitable for pregnancy, epilepsy, pacemaker or any heart defects, hearing implants or any metal implants, recent surgery (within 2 months) or children under 10 years old.
Whether youre new to sound healing or a familiar face, all are welcome to experience this beautiful moment of stillness. Just bring a mat to lay on, blanket and pillow.
