Tune in and connect with your inner sanctuary of well-being as we join together for an evening of deep rest and rejuvenation.
Sound healing and yogic sleep (yoga nidra) are a great combination for clearing, balancing and harmonizing the nervous system and the energetics of the body.
You will be invited to lie down and follow a guided meditation sequence designed to support deep relaxation as you bathe in the healing frequencies and vibrant harmonics of gongs, singing bowls and an assortment of sound healing instruments.
If you're new to meditation or find it difficult to meditate, sound baths are a great way to access deeply meditative states with ease.

Doors open at 7 pm - event is from 7:30 pm to 9 pm
Additional items that can be helpful (but not required) are an extra blanket to cover yourself , a pillow for your head (or for under your knees), an eye covering or a water bottle.
*** Please help us to create as optimal an environment as possible for this event by arriving early to settle into your space before we begin. We ask all participants to please use the restroom beforehand and not during the event if possible. Your community of meditators will appreciate you helping to maintain silence and stillness in the event space.

LORIEL STARR is a Certified Sound Practitioner, a Gong Yoga Therapist and a graduate of The Sound and Music in the Healing Arts Program of The California Institute of Integral Studies (2008). Loriel is the producer of “The Sound Mandala Experience”; one of San Francisco’s premier sound bath events and is also a member of The Sound Healing Symphony at Grace Cathedral. She is a certified practitioner of several somatic and psycho-spiritual practices; including Somatic Experiencing, Holotropic Breathwork and iRest Yoga Nidra.
