Sound Healing Meditation (Sound Bath)

Our Sound Healing Meditations assist in moving that which may be blocking the natural flow of energy, helping to restore natural vitality while strengthening the connection and balance between mind, body and soul.

All Hall of Fame attendees will receive 1 piece of Palo Santo and a Barite with Cerussite crystal, a unique stone that is UV reactive and carries a luminous, transformative energy. Plus 1 Gypsy Goddess Essential Oil Roll on.

All General admission attendees will receive a small crystal and 1 piece of palo santo.

In addition, every guest will be entered to win one of two special gifts:

These gatherings are always about presence, connection and community first. The gifts are simply a small way to say thank you for showing up, contributing to the group and investing in yourself.

What to bring:

A padded mat / thick yoga mat, blanket, pillows, water and anything else needed to make yourself comfortable while lying or sitting down. We also suggest wearing comfortable layered clothing.

Once participants have made themselves comfortable by either sitting or lying down each session begins with a guided meditation leading you towards a place of serenity. Participants are then immersed in a wide range of sounds created by powerful instruments taking the mind, body and soul to a state of tranquility and deep relaxation.

Doors open at 6:15pm. Studio doors lock at 6:55pm and meditation begins promptly at 7:00pm. Please arrive early to allow time for street parking, check in and to get settled and comfortable.
