Rose In Bloom is a 2-hour immersive experience designed to guide you back into your body through intentional movement, sound, and feminine energy. You will be held in a fully curated sensory environment filled with rose petals, aromatherapy, stillness, and sound, as three devoted practitioners guide you through an evening of deep rest and reconnection.

Your evening unfolds through:

• Slow, intentional movement
• Deep rest + nervous system reset
• Sound bath immersion
• Feminine energy activation
• Aromatherapy + sensory elements
• Tea + intentional closing ritual

Your facilitators:

Hannah — Slow Flow Guiding you through intentional movement into deep rest and stillness.

Rachel — Sound Bath Immersing you in healing sound frequencies and presence.

Karina — Feminine Energy Activation Opening the body into softness, receiving, and connection.

LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Please read carefully before completing your registration.

By purchasing a ticket to Rose In Bloom hosted by Astral Studio (May 8, 2025), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Age Requirement This event is open to attendees 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk Participation in this event — including slow flow yoga, sound bath, breathwork, feminine energy activation, and aromatherapy — is entirely voluntary. You acknowledge that these activities involve inherent physical and emotional risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional response, or discomfort.

3. Medical Disclosure & Health Acknowledgment By registering, you confirm that you are in adequate physical and mental health to participate. You are encouraged to consult a licensed healthcare professional prior to attending if you have any of the following or similar conditions:

• Pregnancy or postpartum recovery
• Epilepsy or seizure disorders (note: sound baths involve auditory stimulation)
• Recent surgery, injury, or chronic physical conditions
• Mental health conditions that may be affected by immersive or sensory experiences

Modifications are available and encouraged. Nothing presented at this event constitutes medical, therapeutic, or psychological treatment or advice.

4. Aromatherapy & Allergy Disclaimer This event incorporates essential oils and aromatherapy elements. By registering, you acknowledge awareness of this and confirm you are not knowingly allergic or sensitively reactive to aromatherapy products. Astral Studio and its facilitators are not responsible for any allergic or adverse reactions.

5. Release of Liability You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Astral Studio and its facilitators — Hannah, Rachel, and Karina — and any associated partners, volunteers, or venue staff from any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities of any kind arising from your participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

6. Photo & Video Release This event may be photographed or filmed for use on social media and promotional materials. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded. If you do not wish to appear in any content, please notify a facilitator upon arrival and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Tickets are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event.
• Refund requests made more than 48 hours in advance may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• In the event that Rose In Bloom is cancelled by Astral Studio, attendees will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.

8. Governing Law This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. If any provision of this waiver is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
