Enjoy a 50 minute session of breathwork, progressive relaxation and calming sounds to take you to your next level of relaxation.
There are 6 silk hammocks that can be utilized as well as 6 sports on the ground with props to keep your body as comfortable as possible. All items used in this session will be provided, but feel free to bring an eye mask or anything else you feel may need to further relax.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to use the restroom, find your spot of choice and settle into your comfortable space.
