Please join us for an afternoon of rest and healing! This powerful energetic cleansing and calibration will bring a sense of peace, ease, and energetic release. We will begin this journey with a smoke blessing and a brief description of each chakra. This sound journey will use the healing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, gongs and various percussion instruments. We will also use visualization and affirmations to help the body rid itself of what no longer serves our higher self, but also affirmations to help rewire the neural pathways within the brain. Participants will lay down on a yoga mat or blanket in an effort to allow the healing sound vibrations of the crystal singing bowls to travel through their auric field and subtle energetic body. Keep in mind that you will be on your back for an hour. Bring your yoga mat, blankets, bolsters, eye mask, and anything else that you may need to allow you to comfortably relax. Now is the time to invest in yourself and your path towards healing!
