Join me for a chakra meditation sound series with essential oils, crystals and sound to pair with each chakra! This is a seven-month series that includes a monthly take home care package of crystals and essential oils in the form of a crystal bath bomb and a crystal infused essential oil roller.Each month we will focus on one chakra, one crystal and a few oils.
This class is great for beginners or old pros as it is all about receiving the different healing modalities.
Root - March 1st
Sacral - April 5th
Solar Plexus - May 10th
Heart - June 7th
Throat - July 12th
Third Eye - August 2nd
Crown - September 6th
You do not have to come to all 7 to get the benefits of this sound series, meet us where you are at.
Class will begin with a few words on the chakra, crystal and oils of the month. After applying your oily roll-on infusion, you will be guided through a chakra meditation followed by a sound bath for the remainder of class.
Rebalance, reawaken, reward and reconnect to yourself with this chakra sound series.
