During the workshop, participants will be introduced to hypnosis and engage in visualization exercises. A group past life regression will follow, offering a lighter version compared to private sessions. While private QHHT® sessions delve deeper, this group setting allows participants to remain aware enough to document their experiences. The journey continues with a visit to a guide or guardian angel, where each participant will receive a valuable gift and message to aid in their current life. The final journey explores a possible future life, with intervals for discussion and questions between each segment.In this workshop, you will:

Your journal or paper & pen will be provided so you can write down what you see.
An open heart and mind without any set expectations.
Avoid caffeine or any stimulants.
Trust whatever comes to mind during the session, don't question it. Go with whatever pops into your mind. If it feels like you are making it up then go with it anyways.
