Sound Healing Sessions provide deep energetic healing. The vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, rattles, drums and chimes work to release blockages, bring balance, and add energy to the chakras. The intention is for students to feel a sense of grounding while connecting to their own inner guidance and their own authentic and divine nature. Students lay comfortably as they are guided into a visualization. In this state, students will relax and find balance among the energy and vibrations of the space.
