Trade Day!

For any manual therapist who can use some guidance around efficient body use for their own practice, and receive from a fellow therapist for your self care. Maybe you've taken a class with me and you'd like help around what you learned in class. Maybe you are dealing with arm or back pain from massaging and you'd like help with how to use your body more efficiently. My hope is for you to learn about and experience different styles, modalities from each other, and refine your body awareness so that you can continue learning how to find ease and efficiency in our own body.
This can also serve as practice requirements for those in the Trager training program.
