Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey of healing and relaxation? A sound healing session can be an incredible experience for your mind body and soul.Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses various instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls crystal singing bowls gongs and chimes to create harmonic vibrations that resonate with different frequencies in the body. These vibrations help to restore balance release blockages and promote overall well-being.
During the session the facilitator will play the instruments creating soothing sounds and vibrations that will envelop you. You may experience a deep sense of relaxation a meditative state or even enter a state of deep sleep. Everyone’s experience varies but rest assured you will be in good hands.
For your comfort during the sound healing session we recommend bringing a yoga mat or a blanket to lie on. You may also want to bring a cushion or pillow to support your head and neck. As for what to wear choose loose comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax. Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
