Parents & Children Sound Healing Session

Join me with your children (5yrs and over) in Coombabah for a 45-minute serene and therapeutic sound healing session.During the session you will be immersed in the soothing vibrations of high-frequency Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls Gong Rainstick Tank Drum Chimes and more. The meditative vibrations will create a healing space that will allow you to relax deeply with your eyes closed as sound waves vibrate through your body from all directions.
Sound healing is suitable for everyone and is an excellent way to escape from the constant chatter of thoughts and worries that cause stress and anxiety. You don't need to put in any effort to reap the maximum benefits; just lie down and let the soothing sounds flow around you.
WHAT TO BRING:
· A camping or yoga mat to lie on (I do have a couple if you don’t have one)
· Pillow
· Water bottle
· Blanket if you would like one
· Snuggly toy for your children
· Headphones if your children have sensitive ears
WHAT TO WEAR:
· Please wear comfortable clothing
Please note: if you have a pacemaker certain sound healing instruments may not be suitable. Please consult with your healthcare professional and advise me if you have any questions or concerns.
