This course is designed for individuals who want to explore the benefits of Sound Healing and learn to play healing sound bowls. By enrolling, you will not only gain the power and knowledge of sound healing using singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments, but you may also be able to provide healing to others in the future.

By the end of this course, you will know the following:

• What sound healing is and its offerings.
• How sound can calm the nervous system, alleviate anxiety, manage blood pressure, improve sleep disturbances, reduce stress and depression, and boost the immune system.
• The elements used to create vibrational sound healing instruments and their specific benefits.
• The connection between yoga principles, meditation, and vibrational sound healing.
• The history of Tibetan and Crystal bowls as well as other vibrational sound healing instruments and how to use and play them confidently and successfully.
• The benefits of incorporating voice, chanting or singing into sound healing practices in order to enhance meditative states prior to using our other sound healing instruments.
• How to conduct private sound healing sessions professionally, both for yourself and others, either one-on-one or in groups.
• How to evaluate the mood of clients and/or situations and choose the best and most appropriate vibrational sound healing instrument and tool for the appropriate purpose.

Upon completion, each student of this course will receive a certificate. Additionally, students will receive an online Sound Healing Training Manual, which is referenced in this Level 1 Certification course.
