Meet your sound guide:
Carol Christensen is a certified sound healer and trauma-informed sound practitioner with a focus on Restorative Sound Baths, nervous system nourishment and brainwave entrainment. Blending ancient sound healing modalities with modern neuroscience, she guides individuals and groups into deep states of rest, regulation, and inner harmony.
Rooted in the belief that healing begins with safety in the body, Carol creates accessible, trauma-sensitive sound experiences that support the calming of the stress response and reconnection with embodied resilience. She offers her work in group settings, corporate wellness programs, and immersive retreats—bringing sound to a variety of communities and spaces.
Her mission is simple yet powerful: Sound for every body. Through this lens, she honors each person’s unique journey and invites them into a space where sound becomes a tool for healing, balance, and belonging.
