Powerful Tools for Caregivers is an educational series designed to equip caregivers with practical skills to care for themselves while caring for others. The program helps family caregivers:
- Reduce stress
- Improve self‑confidence
- Strengthen communication
- Balance responsibilities
- Enhance decision‑making
- Identify helpful community resources
The class consists of six weekly sessions, led by two trained facilitators. Each session includes interactive lessons, discussions, and guided brainstorming to help you apply the tools in your daily life.
