Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating sound healing session at Pratt Park. Let the soothing sounds wash over you as you unwind and de-stress in the beautiful surroundings of nature. This in-person event will take place at 120 River Rd, providing the perfect setting for a healing experience. Don't miss out on this opportunity to find peace and harmony through the power of sound. We will meet at the brown building (restrooms) by the parking lot, between 8:15- 8:30 before going on a short silent walk to the sound healing circle.
This is an outdoor event. In the case of severe weather we will cancel, refund, but also reschedule a different day for signup. Light rain is ok, dress according to the weather. Bring your own mat or I will have some mats available/first come first serve. Tea and light refreshments are available.
