Rest & Recharge: A Reiki Sound Bath Experience

Come join us for a rejuvenating experience at our in-person event located at 38100 Colorado Ave, or virtual . Let the soothing sounds wash over you as you relax and recharge your mind, body, and spirit. This unique event combines the healing powers of Reiki with the calming vibrations of a sound bath. Don't miss out on this opportunity to rest and recharge in a serene environment.

Reiki is a form of energy healing typically performed with light touch. At the start of the session I play my sound healing instruments (sound bowls, gong, ocean drum, chimes, etc.) then I travel around the room giving Reiki. This energy healing is used to help release trapped emotions/energy from the body. I finish with the sound healing instruments again for a final clearing of energy.

Please bring a yoga mat, and anythign else you need to be comfortable!
