Join us for 'Feel Good Friday'Soothe your mind and body with one hour of time, for YOU. No phones, no need to rush anywhere, let go of the 'outside world'.....just BE.
It's so important to create these moments for yourself, to relax, let go of tightness and tensions, giving yourself space to unwind.
Each sound session has a different intention.
Starting with guided meditation, assisting in setting the intention, we then allow the glorious Sounds and vibrations to wash over and through you.......to wherever they are most needed.
Beautifully relaxing, cleansing and rejuvenating, the Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls and Chimes carry their own unique qualities. Each tone resonates with a different area of your body and has a way of helping balance and re-align our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual systems at the deepest level, assisting in many areas of your health and well-being.
Sometimes it's hard to put in words what this session is like......It's an experience you FEEEEL in every aspect of your being.

WHAT TO BRING:
Water bottle
Comfortable clothing
Equipment provided - yoga mat, bolster, blanket and cushion.
You're welcome to BYO your own thicker mat, blanket, pillow etc for your own comfort and support. Better to bring more and not use it than to lay there wishing you had 😉
Please arrive 5 minutes early to register and settle in.
Sessions start fairly promptly for maximum well-being time.
