💃🏻Bellydance your way into Spring with gentle nourishing movement for your body, mind and soul in a joyful atmosphere for 1hr. All levels welcome.
✨ Wear comfortable clothes eg Tights or flowing long skirts
✨ Bring along hip scarf if you have one. Some will be available to use
Light scarves are ideal too
✨ Water bottle
✨Belly dancing is normally done barefoot
🙏Please note: There will be a yoga class finishing before we start (you are more than welcome to join at 9am) So please be mindful & quiet 🤫 if turning up early or alternatively wait downstairs till they are finished.
✨This is an upstairs venue & parking 🅿️ is outside the gates.
