Sound Healing & Guided Meditation

Join us on Sunday, July 26 at 10:00 AM for a restorative journey of self-reflection, self-forgiveness, and renewal.

Allow yourself to be gently guided through meditation while immersed in the healing vibrations of sound. This heart-centered experience offers a safe space to release what no longer serves you, quiet the mind, open the heart, and nurture a deeper connection with yourself. Leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and filled with renewed self-love.

Sound Healing and Reiki are different forms of energy healing. Sound uses various healing frequencies to soothe the nervous system, calm anxiety and release pent up energy. Reiki is the channelling of Universal Life Force Energy to induce a state of deep calm, supporting the body's natural healing abilities. The combination of Sound and Reiki work beautifully together often leaving the recipient feeling deeply relaxed, rejuvinated, with a sense of clarity and an empowered connection to self.

This gathering is a loving collaboration between Elizabeth @namasteplace and Sara @shiningsoulhealing.

Please feel free to arrive a few minutes early, mingle, enjoy a cup of tea or pull an Oracle card or two. The experience is 45-55 minutes long plus time for connection and sharing before and after. All are welcome!

Dress comfortably! Yoga mat, thin cushions and blankets are provided. Bring your emotional support water bottle and anything you need to be comfy laying on a yoga mat (for example an additional blanket, pillow, or eye cover). There is a futon available for anyone who could benefit.
