Let’s take it back to the old school, when Sundays were made for rest, relaxation, and time with family (once all the cleaning is done of course).
Sound Healing: Slow & Low is a gathering designed to bring you back to that sense of calm. Join us in Mesa for a two hour grounding sound healing & reiki journey, as we reconnect to the peaceful, intentional rhythm of simpler times.
In this two-hour experience, we will be guided by crystal bowls, soft percussion, and gentle reiki—inviting stillness into your body and clarity to your mind. This is a space for everyone—whether you’re just starting your journey or simply seeking a reset.
