The ceremony includes guided meditation, heart-opening cacao, sharing circle, and sound healing. Experience profound relaxation, emotional release, and spiritual connection in a warm and welcoming environment.Yoga mats, light blankets and bolsters are supplied however you might like to bring anything else which makes you feel more comfortable during your time on the mat. (Favourite blankets, pillows, eye masks, etc)
