Enjoy a journey of self-healing, release and awakening with the powerful sounds of Japanese Taiko Drum and 10 magnificent Gongs inside the beautiful Cabaret Cave - Yanchep National Park. During this 2-hour event, Kohra and Andrew will expertly facilitate a meditation and soundscape that will allow you to release what no longer serves, and embrace your inner power in the most beautiful of journeys
Your journey begins with a grounding meditation & nurturing Cacao ceremony. You will then be treated to whole body shaking, set to the primal vibrations of Japanese Taiko drumming by Sensei Simon Vanyai and his team, followed by a harmonizing breathwork sequence. As your body absorbs the primal vibration of the drum, your breath will be entrained with the rhythm of the beat and you will become entranced by the ancient interplay of vibration between drums & Gongs.
You will then fall into a state of deep relaxation to the crescendo of an otherworldly Gong experience, with 10 symphonic & planet tuned Gongs: vibrating every cell of your body, relaxing muscles, releasing emotions, bringing your body back into a deep state of relaxation whilst creating a sense of inner peace & calmness.
The healing sounds of ocean drum, rain stick, monochord & koshi chimes will also be woven into the soundscape to entrain you into deep relaxation. When you awake, you will feel refreshed, calm, revitalized & energized This is an experience you will always remember... A unique event not to be missed!

ABOUT KOHRA
KOHRA HILDEBRAND from VIBRANT-HEALTH 🧘♀️🎵 holds an Advanced Diploma in Kinesiology, as well as a Diploma in Integral Group Sound Healing. Kohra has been facilitating individual and group sound healing sessions since 2017, including Gong Yoga, Yin Pin Gong, Cacao & Sound Healing, Gong Puja all night Gong & has co-hosted numerous residential Wellness Retreats. Kohra is passionate about the healing powers of sound & vibration, she co facilitates Sound Healing events at Yanchep Cabaret Caves & offers small group sound Healing sessions in Wanneroo.
ABOUT ANDREW
ANDREW COX from TREEMENDUS HEALTH 🧘♂️🎵 holds two diplomas in Sound Healing with the International Sound Healing Academy and currently teaches Sound Healing for the Academy in Western Australia. Andrew is also an accredited Meditation Teacher with the Meditation Society of Australia and holds a diploma in Kinesiology from the O’Neill Kinesiology College in Perth. A lifelong musician and collector of musical instruments, Andrew has facilitated groups internationally, nationally and has worked one to one with many people to help with their particular health challenges since 2018. He has been featured on RTR and 6PR radio, created and performed 'Sounds of the Universe' at the Scitech Planetarium and co-hosted many local Sound Healing Events. He currently conducts weekly group Sound Healing and Meditation events in Joondalup and South Perth, offers private sessions and teaches Internationally Accredited Sound Healing Courses for both practitioners and for self interest.
ABOUT SIMON
SIMON VANYAI from TAIKO ON 🥁🎵 is an Honorary Black Belt of Taiko and Martial Arts Hall of Fame recipient. Simon originally studied Taiko in Nagano, Japan 25 years ago and has passed on his passion for Japanese Festival Drums to thousands of Australians and 4 taiko groups across Tasmania and WA. His performers are drawn to the elegant movements, powerful rhythms, and synchronised teamwork in ensemble Taiko. Simon & his team are available for cultural, corporate, community & private events.
