Sound Healing and Pilates November Warming

This afternoon is designed to nourish both body and mind—beginning with 45 minutes of energising Pilates to strengthen and release, followed by a 45 minute restorative sound journey to reset and deeply relax.

Spaces are limited, so if you missed out the first time, we’d love to welcome you to this special session.

What to expect:

Invigorating Pilates – Flowing through Gee's pilates, leaving you feeling empowered, uplifted and connected through mindful movement.

Sound with Ana -Ana’s sound healing sessions invite you to gently recalibrate your nervous system and return to balance through a multi-sensory experience.

In collaboration with Hu Chocolate! Ana and Gee's favourite chocolate in London!

Step into this beautiful space at Sonas, connect with like-minded people, and leave feeling refreshed and restored.

Logistics

Do I need to bring my own mat and equipment?

• We will provide mats for everyone

Is there a dress code or recommended attire?

• Sports leggings or yoga pants, something you're comfortable in.
• bring an eyemask for the sound healing

Are there any refreshments provided?

• We will offer some refreshments, but please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the morning's session.

What time should I arrive?

• Please arrive by 15:50pm to be welcomed in.

Is there parking available at the venue?

• There is on street parking available in the surrounding streets. Check signs for details.

Are there any health conditions that should be considered before participating?

• If you are pregnant or have any pre-existing medical conditions please let one of the team before the class.

• Please advise our instructor of any medical conditions.
